Just wondering if any sport books in Nevada have online sites to bet that looks like the current off shore books with an account they keep for you?

Yea they already do. It's not as extensive as some of the online books, but they offer same bets they offer in the casino including live bets. It's awesome. I was using 5dimes for the times I was too lazy to run up to the casino, but don't have to anymore yay.

Does it just require a proof of residence to sign for it?

You would need to open an account at one of the sportsbooks with some proof of residency (drivers license/registration/insurance). You will then have an active account so you can download an app on your phone/ipad/tablet or a download for your computer. The restriction is that you can only bet from your mobile device or computer if you are in the state of Nevada at the time.
