A Manager will/can ask for ID for any payout/bet over 5K, the bettor may/can refuse....and there is never a problem. Over $10K, the book should refuse to pay out the bet if the bettor does not provide identification, which is a federal law....not city or state. I have never seen/heard of any book asking for SSN under $10K in a payout...UNLESS, they have concrete evidence that the bettor has cashed out during a 24-hour period that would put the bettor over $10K as a total.... Mr "Pulled Clear" seems to have a problem with something......I was just offering the truth ......feel free to contact the NGC (Nevada Gaming Commission) for clarification

JOHN AVELLO, TELL HIM AND I KNOW D*MN SURE HE HAS SOME SNOT-NOSED KID RUNNING THE BOOK WHEN HE ISN"T THERE. HE SAID IT WAS POLICY. THE ONE TAKING BETS SAID IT WAS POLICY.
