not sure on diaz fight

ok guys, im not a diaz fan but how so u  judge a fight when one guy runs from another for several rounds? if diaz wasnt bringin the fight i dont think there would have been one, again not a fan but not sure how u would judge that, thoughts?

you score the fight on effective strikes. Who landed the most effective strikes? Condit. You also grade the fight on a round by round basis. You choose a winner for every round on who you feel landed more. Some judges like aggression but if its ineffective aggression why score it for DIAZ.I had it Round 1 DiazRound 2 ConditRound 3 ConditRound 4 ConditRound 5 DiazCondit was able to land combos..punches and kicks while Nick was just stalking and landing occasionally. He probably needs to learn how to cut off the octagon better and not just come straight forward.

I bet condit and his strat. was great but he did run most of the night and thats what he had to do, stick and run. Do not get in a brawling match with a brawler.

Thats what CERRONE should have done vs nate 5 weeks ago and cerrone is a better kicker than condit and had great success when he kicked nate at will, but most of the fight cerrone did what carlos did not, brawl with a brawler.

Having said that condit won the fight on a sound gameplan, but lost a lot of fans doing it that way. Could you imagine the ufc staging fights like this borefest were 1 guy never wants to mix it up?

Natural born runner but smart and he and i got the money.

GSP and condit will be THE most boring fight in ufc history.

I had the 1st, 2nd, and 5th for Diaz.Was a close fight, but I thought he won those rounds.  In the rules Aggression and Octagon Control are scored.  I think Diaz was better in both areas.  I think he landed some real nice combos.  Condit landed a few leg kicks early but most of the time Diaz was just following him.

so many of you that post do not understand mma, he did what he had to do to win the fight, dance around, throw combos, move out of the way and gain center of octagon, repeat, repeat, repeat and put the belt around his waist, do u really think he&#x27;s gonna let Diaz just back him up against the fence where he can do the most damage.   &#xD;&#xA;very smart gameplan by Greg Jackson and condit&#x27;s other coaches &#xD;&#xA;  &lt;---- Diaz ---&gt;

gsp will beat condit in nov, and if box crybaby comes back from his exile, he will get beat up in March or April 2013 by GSP too..diaz ( got beat up and has a sore box)

Condit clearly won rounds 3 &amp; 4.  I thought Diaz did enough to win rd 5.  First two rounds were hard to score.  Overall, I thought Condit had a great gameplan, stuck to it, and earned the decision.

Diaz should have won three rounds. One, two and five. Poor judging. Some one obviously does not know how to score octagon control. This is pretty apparent since UFC offered Diaz and immediate rematch. I thought this was pretty shitty the way Condit played it. I wanted to see a fight, thats why i like diaz. If I wanted someone to watch see someone watch the clock and score points I would watch fucking basketball.

No it wasn&#x27;t poor judging. It was a close fight. You can&#x27;t score rounds for someone if they just keep coming forward but aren&#x27;t really effective. I gave Diaz round 1 and Condit pretty much had round 5 until he got his back taken. Round 2 was very close and that was a round I gave to Condit. Close fight.I&#x27;m pretty sure we&#x27;re gonna see a rematch
