Daniel Pineda&#x27;s game is very well rounded and he has a huge experience advantage, I don&#x27;t see Pat Schilling beating him.Eric Schafer may (this is terrible) have a difficult time taking Jorge down, he has generally displayed solid sprawling ability against non-elite wrestlers. If this stays standing, he will defeat the Ginger.Shalorus is your best pick. I believe the Russian is overhyped having not faced much competition. This line is probably record inflated, as a see Kamal cruising. Any explanations on  your picks?

Rivera has looked bad his last few fights and has been gassed about 2 min in to each. I don't believe that he can stop Schafer from getting it to the ground, whether that's a td or pulling guard. I think this is Rivera's last fight and it appears he may have said that to Dana at the weigh ins. He is opening a gym and doesn't seemed focused on fighting anymore. Schafer looks good 185. SChafer lost by decision to Simpson and Bader, both who have at least as much power as Rivera. I think Rivera will fold early and Schafer will finish it late.

Small play on Schilling as I don't have much info on either. Submissions seem to be his strength and Pineda may have trouble there.

Khabib seems to be patient and try to pick out spots to strike. Didn't seem to counter at all, which is the way to beat Shalorus' wild strikes. Khabib won't get Shalorus down and I think he is overmatched.

the angle on the rivera/schafer fight is that rivera is retiring. couture and trigg were both ko&#x27;d after proclaiming retirement before their machida and serra fights.

i was with you on the schafer pick and it was my only bet of the night. you got a 34-year-old fighting to stay in the ufc versus a 40-year-old who admittingly has one foot out the door, does not have enough time to properly train because of his kids and another on the way, both about equal in skillset with the other owning his own gym.

you have to bet that every time.

Now I think I&#x27;m going to let it ride. I see no advantages for Pierce. Koscheck has the size advantage. Pierce has lost to the top WWs and Koscheck is possibly the second best WW. He also has some added motivation after the weigh in. I guess we&#x27;ll see tomorrow if this was a brilliant or idiotic bet...
