Fitch is a big welterweight and Penn is a natural lightweight. Fitch is a grinder that doesn't make mistakes. Penn's only welterweight wins were capitalizing on opponents mistakes...
Penn doesn't have the tools, size or strength to beat Fitch, and I don't see Fitch making any mistakes that will get him caught. Fitch takes this easily. Fitch via UD
Kyle Noke is underrated and pretty tough. I really like him at -190. Camozzi is also tough, but doesn;t have the experience or seen the quality of opponents Noke has seen. Noke is fighting in the biggest show in his home country, and also traing with Greg Jackson. I see a war in the first round, with Noke winningthe 2nd and 3rd. Noke via UD
Also, Sotiropoulos should win, but after that first round with Lauzon, Siver could be dangerous. G-Sots is 7-0 in the UFC and should be facing some stiffer competition (K-flo, Guida, Pettis, ect). In his home country, I think he might be underestimating Siver. At -330, I see no value in G-Sots. Weird shit happens overseas (UFC 112), and I would be suprised if Siver pulls this off...

Wrestling, and a defense to Fitch's "grinding" gameplan. BJ couldn't stop Frankie Edgar's takedowns, sure as hell won't stop Fitch
History has shown BJ sometimes lacks motivation in training preparing for fights.
Fitch has an iron jaw, the only time I can remember him even getting rocked was by Pierce, but still grinded out that fight. (I honestly don't think BJ will have an opportunity to throw punches, Fitch will put him on his back right away)
Size will also be a factor. Fitch will easily have 20+ pounds on Penn come fight time.

I don't see it being at easy for Fitch whatsoever. Penn has fought wrestlers just as good as Fitch and did fine. Edgar was much quicker in those two fights too and I think that played a factor in Penn's lack of defense.

I see your angle and respect it.. But I think your underestimating BJ a little bit and overestimating Fitch a little bit.. BJ will be faster and if he comes out aggressive he could catch fitch with a few.. I am no BJ fan but I think he's got more of a chance then your giving him.. To me, fitch isn't a -200 fav kinda fighter.. I think he will crack a little bit this will be his toughest fight.. Only thing is if fitch can take him down BJ's heart will be in question.. Until then its a pretty even fight IMO... I'm on Penn for value but GL!
