Be honest now.....The debate has been going on all season.
 
HONESTLY, who would you rather have as your QB. Manning, or Mr. Clutch Brady??
 
I think we know the answer to this question.

Tom Brady has an MVP award, two Super Bowl MVP awards & THREE Super Bowl Rings

Peyton Manning has two MVP awards, a Super Bowl MVP award and ONE Super Bowl ring

Kind of obvious......

I guarentee you in that same situation he scores a TD!
Manning cannot move at all and that hurts him!

i like the "what about if manning had bradys o line" comment
 
they never mentioned anything when brady was winning super bowls with shit receivers
but this year when mannings wrs get hurt they whine and cry and make excuses for him
 
manning is still #2 in the league but Brady is by far the best

I love Brett Favre, I used to be a Bears fan as a kid and he is the reason I no longer am.  I can only root for one team that will never win anything the Cubs.  However, when it is all said and done this statement will be just stupid.  Both Manning and Brady I would rather have now as the question asks, and in all time stats, rankings and awards they will smash him.  Thanks for the laugh though.

why would you want Mannings Defense reading skills.....
 
Brady does the EXACT same thing as manning..they give him 3 plays ervery time he goes to the line and they let him choose which play to run.

Tom Brady has proven himself to be a winner....nobody can disagree with that....in fact he will most likely go down as one of the greatest winners in NFL history....he already has 3 rings....all i'm saying is nobody is perfect....HE WILL FAIL.....the Pats are not a LOCK to win anything this season....
 
and as a QB he has less god given talent then Peyton Manning.....on paper talent wise Peyton is the better QB....but Dan Marino had way more talent than Joe Montana as well....but who has the rings....thats what it's all about
 
You will never see me take anything away from Tom Brady....but like i said please dont make him out to be this god like figure who is just way better than everyone else as his position.....because it's just not true.....

That would REALLY SUCK, to see Giants and Chargers in the Super Bowl.  It could happen but I want to see New England play Green Bay.  The early line was precicted to be NE-12 against Dallas and NE -14 against anyone else.  I will take GB +14, it may lose but I think it would be a bargain.

There is one big difference between Payton Manning and Tom Brady. Its quite simple actually but if you ever take notice Payton can let things get into his head where as Brady is resillient and does not allow it to effect his decisions.

I can promise you the reason the Colts lost that game is the play where Rodney Harrison fumbled the ball for no appearant reason which prevent the Colts from going up 14-0 (which would have led to a huge mind fuck on Rivers and the chargers forcing them to make plays instead of methodically and calmly moving the ball and converting 3rd downs like they did), this got into Paytons head as well as his 1st tipped pick shortly after it totally got inside of his head and handicapped him for the remainder of the game. This happens all of the time with Payton Manning especially in the playoffs. He looked perfect to start the game wait he was perfect he was throwing everything with precision and was 12-12 in completions then...the rusty Harrison fumbles the ball.. Not to mention Tony Dungee is a dumbfuck for resting his healthy players at the end of the season I dont care what anyone says its true.

Brady is as cool as the other side of the pillow.  He is the James Dean of the 21st century.  I always thought he was better than Peyton.  And I still think he is and he always will be.  He will go down as one of the best ever.  Right up there with Montana, Unitas, Marino, Bradshaw, Elway...  I think the dude seriously made a deal with the devil.

his pass is sharper & quicker period.
 
they're both unbelievable, two of the best ever... the difference between them is Brady has been luckier over the past seasons. He has a better coach & a consistantley better defense.
 
 
just 1 example, but there are many through-out every year, from this post-season.
 
Brady's luck: throw a 65 yard jump-ball & Moss with grab it.
 
Peyton's luck: throw a 12 foot dump pass and it goes off his running-back's hands & chest into a d-linemen who's falling to the floor.

Peyton's intelligence & on-field descions are better than Brady's too.... Peyton's finese and understanding the defense, and making calls to work around it, and playing it as it was a chess match. Brady (whom also does that, just not as well) is more of a gun-slinger. I would probably take Brady's bomb pass over Peyton's.. but overall.. Peyton is more rounded out.
 
back to Brady's luck factor: being surrounded by better players... without Vinatieri the Patriot's don't win ATLEAST 1 of those superbowls.
 
Peyton's luck: Vanderjadt misses game winning field goals (Pittsburgs year)......
 
 
p.s. Brady has always had clutch receivers.... Deion Branch is one of the best post-season receivers of all time, he was just phenominal, better than Randy Moss. Brady had gritty guys (troy brown) & a system of short passes (that substitued for a lack of running game) that worked in his favor.
 
 
 
 
 
don't get me wrong, they're both great, I would just personally favor Manning.
