Vikings trainer, Eric Sugarman, has just decided to follow Greg Jennings on Twitter.

Some are saying this is a sign.

Why would Jennings go to Minny? Are the Vikings willing to overpay for him?

Good point, but also to a Hall of Fame RB and an equally good offensive line.

I'm not sold on Ponder, but this has a chance to be fun.

Jennings will be a bust in Minny IMO.

Just hard to imagine leaving Rodgers for Ponder...............guess it was starting to get crowded in GB.

Let's see, you can play in a wide open offense, or you can play on a team with Adrian Peterson. Tough call, if you're a wideout, right?

Even if he starts to play great for Minny, what will happen? If all you have to worry about is Driver, just double team him. I mean, wouldn't he be a marked man on that Vike offense?

Jennings apparently talked extensively with Favre and what he learned from him influenced his decision.  MN will for sure draft a WR in the top 2 rounds of the draft.  But no doubt there are still question marks re. the QB and the receiving corps.

If you are MN, what would you rather have?

Harvin

or

Jennings, an extra 1st and 7th rounder this year, and a 3rd rounder next year

The money is pretty similar.

Considering it was very well known that Harvin had no intention of playing for MN this year, I think the Vikings did pretty well.....IF they capitalize on the draft pick....and IF Ponder can do a reasonable job.
