This should be interesting. MN has no choice but to sign a vet. If the rumor is true that GB offered him $10M a year a while back, I can't believer he didn't take it. I just don't see him getting M. Wallace or P. Harvin money. We will see.

Brian Urlacher also talking to Vikings but I'd be shocked if he signed with anyone other than the Bears. He is just about done anyway. I do agree that Jennings would be a fool to turn down 10mil from GB but greed and a big head (ego) can make people do foolish things that the average man would see differently.

If Minny does sign him, it's two birds with one stone:
Get a wideout Ponder can work with
Keeps him off Packer roster

Sounds like Urlacher wants $5.5 mil. I'd probably do that if I were MN in hopes he can eke out one more decent year. I know they are going to draft a LB in the first 2 rounds this year.
