Welker wasn't really Welker until he got in that offense and Brady was throwing him the ball.  I like the move for NE.

Amendola is a younger, bigger Welker with more injury issues.  That's it.

Amendola got the 6million a year that Welker wanted...that's how the Patriots operate.  As soon as they said Welker was going to "test" free agency, I knew he was gone.  They don't re-sign players that want more money.

I would still love for them to trade a bunch of picks to move up in the draft and get a defensive player.
