i was just wondering why the ravens were almost tackling the sf guys on the last play when they took a safety. I just realized if they called holding, it would be a safety anyway and you get to take more time off clock by holding sf guys going after punting. Smart coaching and wondering if anyone else saw that

Yes they were probably told to hold like guy on that play. It's a safety anyway and a flag wouldn't immediately stop the play and keep the clock running.

Even tho there were obvious holds on that safety play it could b of no help to san fran even if it was called.
