The deal with Seattle. Good football team. Ran up the score on bad teams, beat an offensively terrible Bears team on the road(a good win) beat the crap out of an emotionally drained SF team (week after NE. still a good win). Beat a Washington team whos QB was about 50%. (still a win) Human nature tells us that anyone traveling over 7000 miles in 7 days will not be 100% themselves. This is also Seattle's second road game in a row. Tough to win back to back road games in the NFL especially against the best the NFL teams. Also a 1pm start is tough as well. Seattle players internal clock is telling them its 10am. They will be motivated to win. But curious, how prepared are they on a short week? They did a lot of traveling and emotionally how intense will they be, especially after the loss of a key guy on defense.
First the obvious. Atlanta at home usually wins. In the playoffs Atlanta has been here before they know what to expect. They are well rested, (after the last few years losing in the playoffs) well prepared and extremely motivated and emotionally locked in for today. "If you ever failed the same test in high school over and over, eventually you study your ass off and are over prepared and finally pass the test no matter how hard it is. In fact your done with it in 10 minutes. This is Atlanta today" Prediction. During the regular season I would say Atl -3 vs Sea at home would be a tough game to call. Atlanta has had a bye I expect Sea to come out slow and less intense (really they only had 3 solid days to prepare for Atlanta) Expect Atlanta to jump all over them early and play extremely solid defense. A low scoring game, where Seattle settles in maybe late second quarter but by that time they are behind by 2 Tds and there game plan is out the window. Atlanta holds the lead and wins this game convincingly
20-3 Half...30-10 Final.

Interesting that you would make fun of Doodlebop's selection today.
While I don't like his ATL side, I do know that he called for a SU
Baltimore win yesterday as well as a blowout SF victory. He also hit
both totals. Pretty good for a first time poster. His posts are still
up. Interesting way to handicap games.
We are all trying to pass on plays/takes to help each other win. While
we feel invincible when we win, we also have those weeks when we aren't
so fortunate. I believe week 17 in the NFL was a tough one for you. Know
that feeling myself.
May the better capper win today.
Roll Tide.
Good Luck.
