chicago -4.5 -110 (1.5 units)
my favourite play of the week. arizona played inspired last week (well the defense did) off the back of that humilating loss. i think they come out flat this week off of the back of that max effort and a desperate chicago team takes advantage. chicago needs this game bad and i think being away from home (where the crowd has been a bit toxic recently) may help them. we are also getting huge line value here a 4-9 detroit team were giving 6 pts last week and now we can get 8-6 bears team only giving 4.5. i see the chicago d overwhelming lindley (not difficult) and contributing pts to an easy bears win.
green bay -13 +100 (1 unit)
tennessee fell over the line on mnf and now has to go on the road for a non conference game on a short week. basically they dont give a you know what about this game especially as they have a divisional revenge game at home next week to end the season. im not a fan of laying dd but green bay is scrapping for that 2 seed and a week off and i think they lay a beating on the titans here. the spot looks perfect for them.
philadelphia +4.5 -105 (1 unit)
upset special for the week !!!! washington is playing great but this is a tough spot playing back to back road games especially after the run of games they have had. this will likely be andy reids last home game and i think the players leave it all on the field for him this week. the line is interesting here as well. 5 weeks ago washington beat philly easily laying 3.5 pts.that relates to this game being philly -2.5 but obviously washington are playing much better now, but philly have improved also (that last loss was purely down to a crazy 2 minutes of t/o's) and although the line should have the redskins favourite i think a 7pt adjustment is too much. sprinkle in a bit of revenge and i can see the eagles putting a dent in washingtons play off hopes.
st louis +3 -105 (1 unit)
tampa looked like they quit last week and there are rumblings of player unhappiness with the head coach. st louis is scrappy and still playing hard for their coach and i think this shows up on sunday.
miami -4 -110 (1/2 unit)
mainly a play on revenge here as buffalo beat miami on primetime tv in week 10. there is no way that miami wants to be swept by the team they hate most and i think they play inspired here. buffalo also has their own revenge game on deck a week 1 mauling by the jets.
may add seattle on snf depending on how the rest of the days games pan out.
