So 9ers lost out right last week to the rams at a 7.5pt favorite.

And Miami covered vs New England as a 9pt dog.

Knowing that Vegas knows that the public mainly looks at last weeks games.  The public should be loving Miami, and fading the 49ers.  Thus Vegas could be slightly shading the line 1/2 pt or so in 49ers favor.  Meaning they should be 11 or 11.5 point favorites.

Thus making the correct play, 9er's -10.5.

The only thing that worries me is, is Kapernick going to step up or not ?  If he doesn't, Alex Smith will get the starting job back.  So he's a new qb with alot of pressure.

If this wasn't a backup QB, i'd fire on the 9ers w/o question.

Thoughts ?

If Alex Smith was starting, this would be no doubt.

How many bad games in a row has Drew Brees had? Payton Manning had a few beginning of the year. I don't want to mention Mark Sanchez or Mike Vick (they might not be a quarterbacks). Every QB experienced or not will have a stinker or 2, perhaps more, during the year (unless you're Mark Sanchez or Mike Vick). It boils down to consistancy over time. Alex Smith has shown consistancy but there is no denying that the team has responded in a very visable positive way to the leadership of Kaepernick. He looks seasoned already and the kid is ice. If he stinks it up this Sunday he'll be back. I think the only thing stinking this Sunday is dead fish! Colin Kaepernick goes fishing. BOL

would want to know miami's record playing on the west coast for one thing, they have played better the last two games and 10 1/2 is three scores which makes them look like the way to go but on the flip side Jake Long is out for them which is a big lost and that defense is brutal they may not be able to put points on the board think I will lay off this one.

I'm iffy on this one as well. I'm thinking after that ugly upset last week the 9ers come out guns a'blazing. 9ers defense smash this o-line and Tannehill will be scooping himself up off the ground repeatedly. Miami D can hang with 9er offense, but I think Kap shows up. Hopefully Gore can get the ground game going which will tremendously help Kaps overall performance (good or bad).  I don't see 9ers dropping this one, but not confident about covering the spread.

isnt jake long out? thats a big loss especially against the 49ers pass rush, and 49ers always come out guns blazing after a loss and they are back home (pretty sure they have covered every game after a loss over the past 2 yrs and playing at home on top of that ). i think they cover and i think first half they are prob up by 14+. first half is definitely a solid play as well as the first quarter. i have a feeling this is one of those games where you bet the team every half and every quarter and worst end up 4-2. but prob 5-1.

That SF team could fuk up a wet dream.  Harbaugh is a moron.  Staying far away from this team for the rest of the year.

9ers were coming of 2 big wins giants and saints, I think they coasted vs the Rams and they paid for it with a loss.  They will be fired up this wk and and ready to roll.   The dolphins make the long road trip and face a fired up 9ers team.  The dolphins offense has produced 5tds in the last 4gms.  Rookie qb Tannehill will not move the ball down the field on the 9ers this wk.  This is a blowout IMO, 9ers roll 27-6
