really? luck broke the passing yards record for a game. he's going to break the single season passing yards for rookie qb. took over for 2 win team while losing their head coach. colts are 8-4.

rg3 has better rating and running stats, but that's all.

Honestly, I think in this regards people who think Luck should win are either huge colts or huge Luck fans.

I acknowledge that offensive rookie of the year definitely goes hand in hand with "wins", but I think RG3 pretty much has thick on lockdown now due solely to the number of mistakes Luck has made this year throwing the ball. Statistically they're just so far apart that you have to go with RG3 imo.

Luck - 3596 yards, 55.5% completion percentage, 17 TD, 16 INTS, 76.1 QB rating

RG3 - 2660 yards, 67.1% completion percentage, 17 TD, 4 INTS, 104.4 QB rating.

Couple this with the fact that RG3 is on pace to also rush for over 1000 yards... It's an easy decision in my opinion. Oh, and as far as QB Rating goes... this is the company that RG3 is keeping..

3) RG3 104.4
4) Alex Smith 104.1
5) Tom Brady 102.6

Andrew Luck is 29th in the league in QBR.

&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Ok, you had a good case until up to here.  That statement would be true if the game of football was played on paper.  What stats don&#x27;t show are the intangibles.  What luck has over RG3 and many other veteran QBs is that he is resilient and doesn&#x27;t not fold under pressure.  That is the mark of a winner because, a QB character really shows when he is under pressure.  Granted, RG3 is more physically gifted, but to rate a QB based on solely on his rating is an accurate way so assess him.  If you use that logic, then you conclude that RG3 is better than Brady?  Home come #4 Alex Smith is a backup?

Who will have a better sophomore year LUCK OR RG3 ?? Without a doubt in my mind----ANDREW LUCK.

Your not going to get away with designed runs in the NFL over the long run. The body can only absorb so much punishment. This isn't the NCAA.

I&#x27;d have to (respectfully) disagree.  RG3 is throwing to better receivers, with a huge portion of those yards coming on screens, and short intermediate passes.  Luck has more INT&#x27;s because he&#x27;s asked to do more for his team.  Like 55 completions of 20&#x2B; yards to RG3&#x27;s 37.   Nine 40&#x2B; yards to RG3&#x27;s 6.  Luck is throwing the ball nearly 42 times per game to RG3&#x27;s 27.  He&#x27;s also led his team to a better record, damn near the playoffs coming off of a whopping two win season.  Luck&#x27;s playing NFL football, with a FAR worse team around him, with the entire playbook from day one. That being said.  Certainly wouldn&#x27;t be surprised if RG3 wins.  He&#x27;s damn good.  (assuming he can stay standing for any period of time.)

rg3 was better in ncaa and is better in the nfl, rg3 isnt vick--- hes better. If luck played for washington hed be another brady quinn, washington be looking at there back up for help, indy might get by few more wins but as they have a soft schedule this year, only team they played worth mentioning they lost too, ( pats ) which torched them... next will be houston twice... other than that they got soft schedule, itll show once playoffs come and luck gets picked and has his worst game of season... wash has played better teams and rg3 has done good against them, if luck played for washington based on how hes playing afc teams washington maybe have 3 wins, ( 3-9) my preddiction, prolly be worse off than eagles
