Rolling 100% of profit from 6 team parlay winner to a side on MNF would pay more than letting a 7 teamer ride.
By adding the last mnf game in a parlay, this is essentially what you are doing- but at worse odds
If you plan on "hedging" the last game from the time the wager is placed, why not pick a game where you could "middle" the spread or total? Try to minimize "guaranteed losses" which hedging is in most cases
