Yup.  Looking for details, but I believe he may have been shot in his home.

Man, you play football in the NFL and your chances of getting shot increase about 1,000 fold.

Weird things with Junior over the years...couple years ago or last year he drove his car off the side of mountain, wasnt drunk or arrested. Today he was found dead of a "suicide." Idk maybe i think outside the box to much but something seems up with Seau. Did he bang somebodys wife or owe big money. Think someone was maybe after the guy.

At least the fool didn't kill his ex-wife and kids...Most cases like this usually involved the suicide person killing family members, kids, etc.and then killing themself.

This is the 9th person to die from the San Diego 1994 AFC championship team.

A lot of different reasons for the other deaths (including someone who got struck by lightning), but that is freaky.

Seau wrote in his suicide note that he did indeed shoot himself in the heart to save his brain for research. Truly at a loss for words. #RIP

life is brutal - You gotta at least smoke weed everyday and have as much sex with as many beautiful women as you can before you die  - who really knows if there is a afterlife or this is it   - you hope there is a good god but it's not like he has a weekly show - heck he never drops by to say hi or let us know what's going on - makes it tough to know anything

A bit harsh don't you think. Give Chris Benoit all the garbage you want, but what did Seau do to you?

I never did understand why some people label suicide as "cowardly."  Would you ever be able to kill yourself?  I don't think I could.  I understand the toll it takes on people who love you, but cowardly?  Maybe selfish, but I don't think cowardly.

i liked him as a player, didn't know him as a person. hate it for his family and kids but have no sympathy for any selfish fool that offs himself for anything short of a terminal illness. darn him.
