A severe high ankle sprain doesn't heal in 2 weeks, especially with the weight this big idiot will have to put on that ankle when cutting on his routes. Unless he cokes him self up like Tony Montana and shoots up the ankle to the point he won't feel nothing but at the same time destroying the ankle for the sake of a SB then fine. I'm sure Belichick would trade a SB title on Sunday in exchange for the pollocks career to be over anyway.

This is the same guy that said teams should use running backs as defensive ends to rush the qb. ActionMagnet isn't playing with a full deck.

kind of funny to me, because this same injury happened to Big Ben against the Browns, and people thought he would be ok the next couple games...


you said it best:  a high ankle sprain does not (EVER) heal in 2 weeks... mine took 3 weeks before i became relatively mobile, and 6 weeks to fully heal... Gronk will be a decoy, for the most part, but i suspect he will be a non-factor in the 2nd half...

Gronkowski will coming running out on the field. This has all been another diversion created by Belichick. The pats bugger their injury reports to high heaven.

I tell you there is something rotten in Denmark and I would not be surprised if the Pats do not dominate rather quickly in this one.

hilarious!  so it was a diversionary tactic when Gronk was hauled off to the locker room and missed the majority of the remainder of a close game that determined the AFC champion?

pretty fucking bold diversionary tactic... trouble is, watching the game, anybody with any experience in high ankle sprains knew immediately that's what Gronk suffered... and anybody with any experience in high ankle sprains knows that nobody but nobody makes a full recovery from a high ankle sprain in just two weeks...

Yes I did. It's good strategy and if used in a timely fashion you can catch a team off guard. Lining up a MJD at defensive end unexpectedly when a sack is needed will get you a sack.. No left tackle would be able to block or catch MJD from getting to a qb for a quick sack.
