No, I believe the Niners will cover cause they are the better team. Few advantages I think they have and will play accordingly...
1) Niners do not need to blitz to get pressure on Manning, which means they will be able to play 7 back, and let Justin and Aldon Smith do work
2) They will run, run, run, and run some more. Opposite of what they did last time they played, and this takes away the G Broads pass rush. Giants gave up 6.7 a rush last week to Green Bay. Yes, Green Bay. I'll put my money on Gore and Hunter rushing for 130-150.
3) Niners special teams. Don't need to say much more.
4) If it comes down to field goals I'd rather have my money on Akers who's been clutch all year
