I looked back at the SF/Balty game played and wow

Alex Smith was sacked 9 times in the game

Only 174 yards & 1 int for smith

74 total rushing yards for sf

6 total points scored all game for the 49's

I wanted to see how they did against a very good defense for a better measuring stick against the Giants. And they got dominated. And the Ravens haven't actually been killing qb's like that all year long.

Were the 49's missing any O lineman that game?

I realize the game was not a home game for san fran so that matters but still wow..

Anyway this should be noted as the 49's face a very good giants D to show how they faired up against a strong defense....

bills they also faced other good defenses Pitt WON,Cincy WON,and then the NYG defnese WON.Lets not forget they also faced a SEA and Cle defense thats pretty good which are ranked higher than the NYG!!

that was a very tough spot for SF. cross country trip on a short week when the division was pretty much wrapped up playing against a team fighting for their division in the thursday night primetime game. not saying you should ignore it, but that was the worst situational spot for SF all season by far.

That game was misleading, like ppl.said, short rest, cross country and the niners lost Adam Snyder that game, chilo Rachel filled in and played like absolute shit. He even blocked that defender into gore that cancelled out a big td play to ted ginn. That game to me, is not a good game to base anything on.

that was a bad spot for the Niners and it showed, they were on a short week with travel and all the talk was about the brothers coaching against eachother. Niners won&#x27;t put up that kind of performance this week.
