Saints offense = Advantage

49ers Defense = Advantage

Special Teams = 49ers

Home Game = 49ers

Can the 49ers Dink and Dunk offense keep Brees off the field and cause a few turnovers 49ers can win it.

Yes....they will also control the clock.

That is the same is the question I have also. If Saints secondary can't stop all those short passes to the flats, San Fran wins SU

I'm a big 49er fan and I will not be betting on them, mainly because i wouldn't want the added pain of losing my bet and having my team ousted. Well..ok that's a lie, I still may hedge a bit due to my saints future bet that is pending but I digress.

I agree with you but the fact is, the 9er defense can bring their absolute A game and still give up 17 points. 17 points to the Saints offense would be a huge defensive accomplishment...but if the 9ers just settle for FGs like they tend to, they may still lose.

Then when the secondary is playing tight for the short pass, they air it out. expect some type of trick play from Jim Harbaugh, on side kick, fake punt, or fake field goal. Will be 3 Harbaugh coaches against Sean Payton.

Saints are a quick strike offense and I agree kicking FG's won't cut it. 49ers need a perfect game and the Saints can make some mistakes and still be in the game.

btw, it feels nice to finally be able to root for a team in a meaningful game without money being the reason.

Would be a win win for you even if the 49ers lose, most likely when it comes down to betting money against your team, 49ers will WIN!

Saints are a precision passing team with optimum conditions in the dome. Any disruption in their timing playing in grass and with the receivers patterns and Brees being hurried will cut their point production by almost half. Smith will have time to complete short and intermediate passes in which he has  shown us in the last month to be effective. And the Niners will run well enough to take the pressure off Smith. Barring turnovers the Niners win SU

I can't stand the 49er!. Boring non-explosive/conservative dink & dunk offense. No passes that goes beyond 10 yds. I like good defense, but I can't stand the type of offense the 49ers run (its what they call small ball in baseball), but I will be betting the 49ers this weekend. The Saints are just horrible on the road and will not put up the usual 40pts they do at home. I say they put up 20 at most. Their holes in their defense is as lose as Jasmine St. Claire after that 300 man gangbang, and with that 49ers should be able to control the clock and get 23-24 pts ftw.

They play conservative high percentage offensive football trying not to turn the ball over and taking the FG's then risk interceptions. Then pray the defense which is pretty good gets a turn over and/or good field position for the offense. Punter Lee usually gives teams bad starting positions and FG kicker Akers can hit +50 yard FG's.

The Defense will give up yards and try to keep  everything in front of them and then try to squeeze a turn over in the red zone.

Need to count on the Saints for a few turn overs for the 49ers win. Brees should be good for that since IMO they can't run the ball.

Saints shut down the run and short passes, Alex Smith is finished. 49ers have a very good defense, but if it's 3 and punt, they will get very tired playing Brees and company.
