Ah the saga was over in the pucks forum.  Hot water heater that exploded.  Homeless, so I took on some bigger jobs out of town where I didn't have a house to live in.  Jobs became bigger than expected, haggling with the insuarance compnay drug out to 7 weeks.  Finally back in the house a week after Christmas.

Actually I like them for the 2nd half.  Just like the under better.  If 19.5 makes you squirm a bit then take Cincy

Thanks, I'm finally back in.  The biggest hold up was the price for the floor.  They only wanted to give me $3.88 Sq foot for the wood parquay floor I had. I gave a solid F U to that.  Finally got what I wanted for the floor.  About $11.00 a sq foot.
