i'm going pack at home and detroit may win but i think it will be less than a touchdown. flynn isn't the worst option the pack could have here.
i'm gonna take carolina. i look for brees to sit the whole or at least half the game. we all know what happened last year to some of the saints players when the coach blew it off and started all of his guys.
2009 brees was on the bench for the last game and the team won the super bowl. Panthers all day.

As long as the Niners/Rams game is within a couple scores, Brees will have to play. If they coast and the Rams surprise and upset the Niners the Saints would have blown it big time. Saints will have to go for it early and watch the scoreboard. No other choice, other than to assume a Niner win.

....I'm listening to Saints pre-game show now, an they expect the Saints will have an asstiant coach watching the scoreboard on the 49er's/Rams game,They'll keep Saints sideline updated.If the 49ers get up big the Saints will pull Brees.

thanks for the input guys. i just can't help and think about all the criticism saints coach had to take after that play off loss last year and i think i'm correct when i say they lost the game changer tight end graham, an offensive lineman and a few defensive guys in the last game of the year.
i hear ya when you say brees wants that record but you would be a fool to leave him in there most of the game esp. like you said if the 49ers start blowing out the rams.
maybe he plays a half or a quarter and i think he's out but i wouldn't be shocked if he's deactivated.
on another note, the packers have deactivated every star player it seems but i'm sticking with my pick of lions due or die. i just think for some reason the lions are gonna come out and get shell shocked cause they believe green bay is gonna lie down and die and rest.
