Most likely upsets - Week 15

1. Minnesota - I think that NO on the road is just asking for trouble. They aren't the same team. Plus, NO's defense is pretty crappy. With a healthy AP, I could see this happening.

2. Washington - The NYG are the most inconsistent team. They have a terrible secondary, that should allow for Moss to succeed. Helu is coming into his own. Lots of injuries on the D-Line for NYG. I love the points in this game.

3. Denver - Ya ya ya. Everyone says Denver sucks and has beaten nobody. But here's what you don't want to believe: New England isn't good, especially on the road. Denver exploited a really crappy secondary two weeks ago against the Vikes. New England has the worst secondary (in my opinion, as a Pats fan) in the league. Denver will be able to run AND pass. Denver has a quality pass rush, which has proved effective at stifling Brady (see when the NYG beat them all because of pressure on Brady).

that parlay shouldn't be possible. what book lets you parlay the ML with the spread?

Minnesota will not beat New Orleans.  If there were playing at the old Met, then maybe.  This will be a high scoring affair, but New Orleans should beat them by about 10.

have some more faith in your Vikings

mtbaker - There is no reason to.  Don't get me wrong, I will root for them when they are good just as well as they are when they suck (last two years).  This team is 2-3 years from contending again.  They need to rebuild the Oline, boost their WR corps, and revamp their secondary.... 

I know what you mean and I know you've been around the block here many times and are a huge Vikings fan.  I just think that with A Pete back they can really attack a porous Saints run D that struggles with big, physical running backs unlike Chris Johnson which is why I layed the chalk with NO this past weekend.  I also think that with A Pete back the pressure on the shoulders of Ponder or Webb will go down in 3rd and shorts situations against a Saints D that can be passed on.

The Vikings stop the run and can sell out on pressuring the QB.  Their secondary sucks so that might cause me to lay off, but I just think that last week critics were really giving the Saints a hard time about winning outdoors and the Saints wanted to prove themselves but now the Saints won't have extra motivation and they may go back to their old ways of road struggles.

Brees will have 340 yards/3 tuddies this game.  If and it's a big if, AD can control this game, then the Vikings do have a shot.
