I was shocked when Jets drafted him 1st round.  This guy is a 2nd string QB at best.

Sanchez is a box. He got rattled by Plex telling him to fuckin throw it like a man. And next play he throws a pick 6.Sanchez is a clown.

You see at the end there when his Right Tackle just miffed on the block and Sanchez got decked. On the replay his RT was clapping his hands and not even looking at Sanchez as they walked balk to the huddle. His team lost respect for him, and now you see his O-Line don't give a fuck.

Sanchez is just a bad qb any way you want to slice it. He is no doubt a major  weak link in the Jets.

Josh Freeman was to talented for the Jets at QB. Rex wanted a guy that he could keep his thumb on. Defensive coaches hate gunslingers.

If I was rex ryan I would go to arizona and see if they want to trade kevin kolb for mark sanchez. Sanchez is seriously flopping with a very talented offensive group around him. He only gets press because he plays in ny and girls think hes cute. Other then that he has been getting exposed for the longest time now. Mark sanchez = bust.

One of the most overhyped QBs ever. This guy is trash. How do u continually overthrow passes when your WRs are wide open. He can't throw the ball if his life depended on it.Had to drop this guy as the backup QB from my fantasy team last yr. Lol. Dude's a straight up joke.

I'm a big Jets fan and have been backing Sanchez for 2 years but after yesterday I have lost hope. The defence did everything right and the Jets should've rolled Denver big, I'm not even mad that I lost a couple units on the Jets but that I know my favourite team isn't making the playoffs this year even with a more talented offensive group...McKnight stepped up when LT and Greene was out...no one to blame but Sanchez.

Totally agree with you on that one, he's ineffective to the Jets teams IMO.

i hate the jets, especially after last night after they blew that game and my $$$. i hope they keep playing sanchez and keep losing....

Loved how Sanchez was missing all those short slants and outs from like less than ten yards out. It was atrocious to see. And then there was that pass to a wide open Keller in the endzone that he floated which lead to Keller coming down with the ball out of bound.

Now how many more years is he under contract?

As a lifelong Jets fan, it just never gets any easier. I drove my ass all the way to Indy two years ago for the afc championship game, just to see them lose. I was 110% confident that we were beating the Steelers last season. It just never gets any better. The only chance they have in making the postseason is if they run the table. But with Sanchez at the helm, it's just not happening. Now, in the offseason, Schottenheimer needs to be given the big boot straight out of town. I'm not completely ready to get rid of Sanchez yet. I think a major problem that everyone is overlooking is the fact that Sanchez only played one year in college. Almost every starting QB in the league today played 3 or 4 years in college. Sanchez was thrown right into the job with shit ass Brian Schottenheimer as his offensive coordinator. Not good. Also, in the offseason, our O-line needs to be revamped. The draft should focus on the O-line. We need a dominant pass rusher and a good safety to replace Eric smith.

I agree with Schottenheimer getting the boot, but your o-line? That is a strong offensive line you got there. Many teams would be envious of having at least two pro bowl caliber starters there in the form of Mangold and Ferguson. However seeing that right tackle getting bowled over by a smallish rookie Vonn Miller was painful to see. To a point you are correct, since Damien Woody's retirement, the line play has gotten softer.

Remember, Slauson is not good. Ferguson is overrated this season. Hunter needs to go. 3/5 of our line is under-performing this season. We need to get younger on the line.
