i would say its a baseline for the standard amount that you bet for every game.  it is different for every capper.  say you start with a bankroll of $100 and you decide you wanna make your standard bet $10... $10 is 1 unit for you... if you decide to put $30 on a game... thats 3 units...$5 would be .5 units...i feel like that could be worded better but that should help out some.

The explanation above is pretty good. I would only add/suggest the following. If your "unit" is say 10% your bankroll (or whatever you decide), make sure to adjust your unit value from week-to-week as your bankroll fluctuates. Using the example above, if you win $50 one week with a $100 bankroll and now have $150 total, you might want to change that 10% unit value from $10 to $15 based on your bankroll. That&#x27;s what I do.
