I Have to Give Tim Tebow Credit

   I still do not think he is a quarterback, (I think he has the talent to be the Antonio Gates of old)
  What I like about the guy is that he keeps going out there and fighting, even with everyone laughing in his face. He never seems to lose his cool, and he deserves credit for that.

 agreed.....can you imagine trying to do your best and everyone just hating on you nationally. Nothing good being said about you ever....He does one what can, I root for him to be successful so all the haters can eat their words.

I dont hate Tebow because I dont have a reason to. Did not see one play of the Denver game today but from what I can see from the highlights and the stats, Denver took control of that game today because of a punt return for a TD and 2 runs (one of them a 60 yd TD). What can you tell me that Tebow did in that game? He had a paltry 124 yds passing. Are we now supposed to climb on his jock because he handed the ball off well? Enlighten me please.

I'm gonna assume you've never played sports since you can't see it but I'll explain. Some guys have "it". They win at everything they do. They make everyone around them better. Tebow has "it". There is no question. He is a born leader and those things actually do matter.

You can hate on the man all you want. He'll never throw for 300 yards a game but I do think his team will win consistently

  Tebow threw 2 touchdowns and ran for over 100 yards..I would call it a decent game..Willis McGahee had a monster game and the Bronco defense came up with some big turnovers. Football is the ultimate TEAM game, that's what makes it great..

12 carries 118 yards

And I'm not a Tebow lover. I just have a brain that actually works. It's pretty nice.

Maybe one day you can experience it.

You are so right some people have it I know two professional baseball players who were the 5th and 5th best players in small college teams but they just kept working and both had 10 plus year major league carriers and if you spent any time with them you just knew they were special. I have been a golf pro for over 30 years and had the opportunity to work with 2 kids who went on to win PGA tour events and from the time I met them I knew they were special. All the coaches who work with Tebow see it

I'm a coach too. It takes people like me and you that teach to be able to see it I guess.

If you think throwing for less than a 50% completion rate and 124 measley yds in a game which featured a huge special teams TD and 2 runs from scrimmage to put his team ahead proves your point...go with it. I am fascinated by how much hype this guy generates...but Im just not sure why.

12 carries 118 yards from a qb in the nfl is kind of big.  a bunch of those yards probably contributed to 1st downs and keeping scoring drives alive.

Didn't Oakland score 24 points?  So those two runs and ST td would have only gave Denver 21. I think 24 is bigger than 21.  I could be wrong tho. 

You make like Denver won on those three things alone.

Those are pretty good numbers for a first year QB who can't really throw...2 TDs, no INTs...team won...not sure you'd want him to do anymore than win and make no mistakes

I am not an ignorant person. I will absolutely concede that point...100 yds from a QB is impressive without question. When he reverts back to throwing for 95 yds and throwing 2 and 3 picks in another Denver loss, will you guys be here starting posts talking about your "it" factor? Its funny, I wasnt seeing any Tebow posts last week.
