Chris Samuels (Panned out as he will be a hof one day just not that year)
Lavar Arrington (Huge dissapointment all the talent in the world was a damn beast at Penn St, and garbage in the pros)
They were Stable at QB with Brad Johnson, (like Philly is now with Vick)
Dion Sanders (Big Free agent signing, I think it was 56 million)
Bruce Smith (another huge free agent signing)
One of the best DBs in the business Darryl Green was already on the team and it was the 2nd year for champ Baily.
So now we look at the eagles and say wow, asamugha, Samuels and Antonio rodgers cromartie.
REALLY compared to not one not two not 3 not 4 not 5 But 6 hall of famers playing for one team and the best they could muster was an 8-8 record.
Im not saying Philly will have the same fate but Im certainly not ready to CROWN there ASS like so many in here.
Or should I bring up another anaology using the NBA, How many of you same people wet yourselves when Lebron signed with Miami?
All one needs to do is go back to last year at this time and look at how all of you were salaviting over the bengals off season moves, rushing to put in your future bets before the odds went up.
THe only team right now that deserves any inclination of superbowl talk is the Greenbay packers, they won the damn thing without a running back all year, and with something like 11 players on IR including super tight end Jermichael Finley.
Greenbay is the only team we should use the words 2011 superbowl champs and even thats premature.
