READ WHAT REX RYAN HAS JUST SAID! (COLTS will win)

New York Jets coach Rex Ryan has rapidly developed a reputation as one of the brashest coaches in the NFL, bolstered by his declaration at the start of the playoffs that his team is the favorite to win the Super Bowl.

But Ryan didn't sound quite so brash in talking about the AFC Championship Game today, saying that he thinks his defense will have a hard time holding Peyton Manning and the Colts to two touchdowns on Sunday.

"We understand how to keep people out of the end zone for the most part," Ryan said. "Now Peyton does a better job -- they score about as well as anybody. So it's a huge challenge. If we're going to keep Indianapolis from scoring 14 points, that's even a stretch for me to say. But I know one thing: We're darn sure going to try."

In two playoff games so far, the Jets have held both the Bengals and the Chargers to 14 points. But after beating the Chargers 17-14, Ryan may be sending a message to his offensive players that they can't count on 17 points being good enough against the Colts.

Guys think twice about taking the Jets. P. Manning is different BEAST than P. Rrivers mr WHINNER.

If the Colts need bulletin board material, to get fired up for a Conference Championship game, than they are in trouble!!

Colts are VERY similar to Chargers.

Great QB (yes Peyton is a notch better than Rivers)

Great receiving targets (Jackson and Gates-Wayne and D.Clark)

Both have trouble RUNNIG THE BALL!

Tough to convert 3rd downs and get in the end zone after reaching the red zone (just ask SD)

And thier defenses with SD and Indy are similar as well. Jets already are confident beating Colts there already, and Sanchez is no longer a "rookie" QB. 2 road playoff wins cancels that out.

Just my opinion, but got me going when seeing that bulletin board material should affect wagers.

You just won't listen, I keep trying to put money in your pocket, yet you won't take it. Don't put your money on a team that has lost all 4 games on the road. If Minny was at home, shit I would take Minny, but it's not the same team when they are away.

2-THE COLTS PASSING EXCUTION MIGHT BE THE BEST IN THE LEAGUE!

3-I HONESTLY BELIEVE THE COLTS WILL BE AHEAD IN SCORING AND THEN THE GAME WILL BE IN SANCHEZ (I LIKE THE KID AS QB) BUT IT'S TOO MUCH TO AS A ROOKIE TO WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP.

Well coming form the most biased Saints fan on here, I will take your opinion with a grain of salt.

Saints cant stop the run, and the Cowboys beat them by putting pressure on Brees. Did you just see the Vikes pressure up front??

Colts this year are running different defencive sceems, they attack!  And Blitzs more often than the past. they also hold more teams on downs thus manning is on the field more. 

There is one thing one must not forget, and that is on the average teams that score on the Colts do it on the average of 5.6 min per drive and 4 out of 5 times it is 3 points in return Colts do it in 3.4 min and 3 of 5 times it is 7 points.

He played the 1st half, and I was talking about it from a confidence boost for the Jets.  The Ravens were VERY overrated, and like I've said over and over again, Flacco could barely walk, and once Baltimore got behind early, the game snowballed because of a few turnovers and bounces of the ball. Anyone who actually watched the Colts-Ravens game, knows the game was much closer than the final score.  The Colts are a very good team, not doubting that. But just don't see them winning by more than a TD.   BOL to ya, this is just my take on the game.

The Jets aren't the Ravens. They are MUCH better, especially now.

The Ravens beat   2     teams with a winning record all year.

The Chargers week 2 before they got it going, and Denver at home during thier losing streak. Very avg team .
