Hate the Eagles and Cowboys.&#xD;&#xA;But as a gambler, its hard to beat a team 3 times in one season.  Eagles were embarrassed last weekend, they have a lot to prove.

[/Quote]Prior to all three games being played, yes, it&#x27;s hard to defeat a team three times.  Assuming you have a 50-50 chance each time, the odds would be 7 to 1 against doing so.  Just like it&#x27;s hard to flip a coin and have it land on heads all three times.But two of the games have already played, so the the odds have changed.  It&#x27;s no longer a 7 to 1 shot.  It&#x27;s back to 50-50 again, assuming everything is equal.  (Which it&#x27;s not, the home field advantage being just one of the many factors.)Also, since the AFL/NFL merger in 1970, there have been 19 occasions where a team has defeated another team twice, with an opportunity to do so a third time.  12 of those times they&#x27;ve done so, so NO it&#x27;s NOT hard to defeat a team three times in one season.If anyone is betting on the Eagles to win, thinking that Dallas won&#x27;t win because "it&#x27;s hard to defeat a team three times" is betting for the wrong reason, and will probably find this out the hard way tomorrow night.

Anybody who thinks Dallas is much better than Philly as a team.......I can't help you. The coaching matchup isn't close. Dallas is hot.....no doubt about it right now. Dallas owed one to Philly for the game last year that ended the Cowboys season in wk 17. All is even now.......better coach, better character, much bigger down field threat and a guy named Westbrook that has been taking it easy for about a month and a half now.......funny, nobody is talking about him and Any hasn't used him at all over the last two weeks he has played. And yes, he is just as dangerous as ever.......because he isn't banged up at all right now like usual this time of year.

Pound Philly and watch Jerry Jones fire that sorry excuse of a coach within 3 days of the lose.
