On field video of lateral at the end of Chargers-Steelers game with referee making comment "I hope they didn't throw away those gambling tickets".

Unbelievable. Shown on CNN.

whatever.. you guys are blind.. the NFL is not fixed..

Where was the lateral pass?
LT got the ball first and threw it forward to Chambers.

Why did they review it?
Because it wasn't a TD, and their are playoff tie breakers for PF and PA.  Also for Vegas purposes they do have to get it right.. Do you honestly believe somebody from Vegas called in and was like change the play? come on now.

Why was their a holding call?
On that 3rd down and goal they zoomed in and clearly showed the hold on Pitt where a guy was right there to tackle willie parker.. It was clearer than day so I don't understand why people were upset over that.

Why can't Pitt decline the penalty?
Once a pass is forward the play is technically ruled dead.  At least that is what I think.
