Tell me how I got put in the penalty box for 30 days for posting my blog link in the website promotions section 1 time.... but this guy has posted his blog over 500 times.....

Well buddy the location in question is the Website Promotions area, the only place on our site that we allow him to do so.

You missed the point, touts and services cannot post in the mains, which you fit that category.

Actually now that I understand the rules I don't fin into that category.  I have no intention of promoting a website, blog, etc.  I was just looking for clarification.  Thank you for helping me out so quickly.  last time it took 45 days including a ban to understand it.
