how do i find a cookie near me?

can anyone suggest how to find a bookie in the los angeles area....? i am sure there are a ton
 
i am sick of dealing with the online books and the shitty cash-in and cash-out processes

ok so, if no one knows about a bookie in LA can someone recommend the most user friendly sportsbook with the easiest cashin and out process?

There are none. For deposits. usually a fee by your bank and for withdrawals, usually a $25-50 penalty by the sportsbook and a whole load of documentations you will need to scan them for proof of identity. They won't ask you for anything for deposits thought.

If you want to find a local, go to a sportsbar and pay attention to the guys that are the most interested in the games, those are usually the bettors.  Start up a conversation and eventually ask if they've got a local bookie, that's what I did when I moved 4 years ago and I've been betting with that same guy that I was referred to back then.  Now I'm sure there isn't a local on the planet that will let you call in a few dimes your first phone call, but you can establish credability.
 
As far as online, if you want easy payouts, good luck.  Betus is not easy, I just got a check from them but it took a while.

since it's illegal, you probably are not going to get a concrete reply.  but if you are in LA, you are so close to vegas anyway.  Southwest Airlines has a flight leaving every hour whether you are near LAX, Burbank, Ontario or John Wayne. 
 
If you plan in advance, you can go $100 round trip air.
 
during the College football season, I'd take off work early on Thursday and catch the 3:00 pm.  roll into the sports book at the MGM grand at about 4:30.  if there was a Thursday game i was interested in, i'd place my bet and then update my line sheet.  go have some grub, a few drinks, place my weekend bets and get back to the airport.  usually catch the 7:00 or 8:00 pm back home.  the hotels closest to the airport are MGM, Luxor, Excalibur.  $10 cab ride each way. 
 
you just have to be good enough to make back your plane fare.

I cant believe you just aired out your local bookie!He shouldnt deal with you since you just put his name and number out to the general public(never mind the feds) ??What a jerk.

never had a problem with bodog. takes money straight from your bank card and been getting checks within 3 to 4 days of requesting it. you have 1 free withdrawl every month and i think extra ones are like $20. right now i think they are one of the fastest around

im not joking, they have turned it around and getting checks out via fed ex within 3 to 4 days. ive taken 2 withdrawls recently and my friend has taken 3 at least. and they all came within 4 days. i remember back months ago it was taking 30 days but not anymore. swear

Shit......30 days......Hell it was taking 2 months.....A month for the Card to clear and a month for them to send me my money....I put a little bit on Bodog the other day to play a little poker and that shit still has not cleared

well you must have been using the insta check or something...the longest it has taken to clear for me is just a day or two. when you request a pay out you get a tracking # usually within 24 hrs and the package is at your house within 3 to 4 days. i was very surprised myself because i have been with bodog for years and it used to be instant in and instant out, then the goverment screwed everythign up and now its back quick again. i really have no reason to lie about that

I can help. the guy is up in Nor Cal. I live in Arizona, been going through him for 10 years now. The in and out process is pretty good, about a 3 to 4 day turnaround. If your interested let me know and we can get in contact. This guy has paid out unimaginable amounts for years to players, it's as legit as it gets.

I need to find a agent doesnt matter in state or out of state, im from los angeles and i know this is pretty stupid to ask on a forum but im new to this game and i want to find one, no one has to give me there agent im just wondering how i could start the process to be able to find one because i simply dont have the connections myself to find one or ask sumone, this is my last resort tryn to find one lol
