Im looking for a local who pays up and not loan sharks

Great comment nc, Alot of stiffs are under the impression that when they lose and stiff the local it didn't cost him anything, and they couldn't be any more wrong. Some will lay off action so as not to have to large a position on one side. They have to pay when that loses. They have overhead just like many other businesses and also count on the weeks they profit and collect to get them through the weeks they get killed.

I guarantee someone reads this that has taken shots at locals and collected and then not paid when they lost. SHAME!

If you would read my add it saids that AL CAPONE the bullshit dead beat loan shark policy was .His policy was in the beginning if you want to cash out you must have 2000 or more and if you go below -2000 or more I pay him!!  Im was at -980  does it look like it went past -2000?  If you think so then your classified as a DUMBASS!! LOAN SHARKS in the days of AL CAPONE went into the gambling industry they are all classified as loan sharks cause they all have the mentality of AL Capone meaning that they dont follow up on there policy that they give you!! They all go against it when they see the apportunity that favors them. In my situation it favored them so they took advantage of me at the right time!!
