DEFINITELY A GOOD OBSERVATION. I've been good at analyzing teams and game and LOOK AT EVERYTHING (so I thought), but I have NEVER believed in a bet SOOO MUCH to NOT do a write-up.

Never seen someone so knowledgeable and so eager to learn, TexasD. The true sign of a winner. Great info in here today guys. I think a lot of people gained some insights they didn't have.

I feel that people who "bet against the OVERWHELMING public" don't really care what team they are betting on. They just "know" that the unpopular team is going to cover because the "sharps" are betting on it.
That, in its self is a system. And if it works. AWESOME. Congrats to those who bet with the "sharps".

I gotta say man, I enjoy analyzing games/teams and giving back to Covers.com (which I used and took info from but never contributed for over 2 years) by doing VERY GOOD write-ups and giving LOTS of informative things that people needed to here.
BUT having this "bump" in the road, is actually REALLY TOUGH and VERY DISCOURAGING.
I'm new to posting my write-ups and thoughts,..and picks, but didn't know that I was going to feel sooo shitty trying to post good write-ups, BUT losing.
Losing after doing such lengthy write-ups is dissappointing and discouraging to keep going.

David....I liked Kansas tonight and here but i will tell you now if the game was tomorrow i would do the same.They played terrible.I was right on and you have to admit as far asthe line went....right or wrong???You picked the game and i give u props but you can't tell me Kansas played good???GL ALL

Kansas didn't play well that's true... but frankly that's what i was betting on. If Kansas plays well, they win and cover. It kind of goes without saying if Kansas didn't cover, they likely didn't play well.
A few things that should have been kept in mind by those who were so quick to take Kansas.
1. Kansas State was desperate, they needed this win badly just to get back into the discussion as far as an NCAA bid goes.
2. Kansas State had a chance for revenge against a rival and had that chance at home in their biggest game of the year
3. Kansas just became #1 this morning. These are college kids, 18-21 years old. You can't tell me they weren't drinking their own Kool-Aid. They were their own biggest fans and had a lovefest with themselves. They clearly weren't hungry and got smacked as a result.
4. The line is NEVER as easy as it appears.

Geez, now so everyone is a clown that talked to you earlier? You must either be sensitive or feel you have something to prove. You won tonight, sure, but like someone else said if this game was tomorrow I would do the same. You even mentioned yourself you are 23-23 on your posted trap plays. I don't play many 'so called' trap games but when I do and if I am with the public, it RARELY ends like the game tonight. Not saying I always win on them bc that would be a lie but I do win on lines I feel is lower than it should be more times than not. Again, you were the winner tonight but gambling is an up and down thing to do... K State showed up tonight, Kansas did NOT, it happens. All I do is try to win more than lose, which is OBVIOUS for anyone and thankfully I won the other 2 games tonight (Syracuse & Portland NBA). I actually felt Syracuse line was a little low too as I did with Kansas when I capped them, this is why I took both teams. I will play the 2 or 3 games I cap with the largest difference on all the games I get detailed into and cap.

What I don't understand is if you're 50% on trap games ... why do you seem to come off as there is $$$ to be made there?
