Again, nothing prevents a business from passing on all costs to the employee. The business only has to offer the lowest form/high deductable (catastrophe) insurance.

I am not getting cross my dear friend.....we have 7.8% unemployment (more like 16%-20% probably) and business will survive is all you have to say.
1) Biz do not "owe" people jobs
2) You def never owned a business otherwise you would not be so cavalier in your text book replies concerning running one. You know how to read a balance sheet which is commendable but if you want a real world education I suggest you jump the fence and become a fulltime business owner with employees etc etc and all the glorious fun that comes with it.
Not hating my friend, I just find it laughable that people think if we juust tax business or the rich everything will be just fine and neither the rich nor the biz will adjust to the new rules.

as far as employees go, they are indeed the life blood of any and every company. I think you misunderstood what I was saying.
I value the work every single one of my people does and pay them accordingly. Our turn over is very, very, very low. In my business a good toolmaker is worth his/her weight in gold.
