seems alright, don't know a lot about him yet so its hard to nail down an opinion, heard he was pretty conservative socially but doesn't seem to scream about it like most, I can work with that...

does appear to maybe be the only politician in America willing to work across the aisle,  thats a plus

I remember him ripping the crooked NJ teachers union a new one a few years back, kinda liked that too, which made him some enemies but it looks like he was on to something as they just signed a new contract that both sides appear to like.

frankly its just hard to get excited about any politician anymore, i'm pretty disillusioned with the whole process to be honest...

If what you are saying is true, you pointed out a mayor who is 3000 miles away from LA., who called police 'trained professionals' and somehow, this is a basis to note vote Democrat (that is what you said to the poster).

Let's put it this way... there are probably hundreds of politicians. Dem or Repub who have called police "trained professionals" and they have zero to do with what happened in LA.

Its true. I have never blamed a politican for things like murders, blackouts, etc. I have however, been a pretty unabashed supporter of both Bush I and II (whom I voted for twice) and discussed how the Reagan foreign policy (often called the Haig Doctrine) was foreign policy genius, as well as professed my presidential support for Huntsman and my dislike for Perosi.

I do commend you, however, that in over 10000 posts, you have two were you were critical of Republicans (Kyle and Paul).

here's an example of what i was talking about.  basically, if you want an example of corruption in liberal local politics, you can probably just check the local paper in atlanta, new orleans, LA, detroit or chicago and pull up a winner.

this is from atlanta today, i believe.  there is so much of this garbage, i don't find them, they always find me.

you're probably right.  different degrees of terrible.   i don't know why i bother. he just seemed a little more normal and focused than the rest of the 2016 names, not that that is saying much.

i only look for stories showing politicians are not just crazy but over the top fuckin crazy.  they just primarily happen to be stories about republicans.
