If she left a mark, take a cell phone picture of it, and take it to the cops and file charges. When she starts threatening lawyers, tell her "Really? Then how come I'm the one with the police report on file?"

knock on her door,soon as she answers just say "my turn" then punch her square in her nose and watch the blood  fall as you are walking away.

I always said I wouldn't hit a female but I do not think I can sit back and get punched in the face without atleast a trip, or push back. Nobody should be allowed to put their hands on another, female or not.

Excellent advise...

As the old adage goes... "The squeaky wheel gets the grease." And it is a known fact that the first one to scream foul is automatically the victim regardless of the circumstances. Every notice how when some people don't get their way they get very loud... It makes them the victim and the person they are screaming at wrong/rude/an asshole...

If you don't file a police report and this escalates you will be sorry and the lesson you learn could be very expensive in tires, auto glass, and body work...

so many ways to trap her and get evidence that she's the aggressor.  Do you have a phone, web cam, recorder, etc?  Just get her to go off on you again, tape it, and then you have the upper hand.

the law doesn't differentiate between male-on-female violence and female-on-male violence, sooo if she hits you again, hit her ONCE to drop her, then call the police yourself.

just make sure you have an obvious mark on yourself as a result of her hitting you.

I would call the cops and put in a complaint.  You need some sort of proof that she's nuts.

I would tell the cops everything this way when they come by a second time they will know the history.

Detective said he could file a report but since I knocked her finger down that initiated battery. She responded with a slap so it's a push. Believe that crap?

He was for certain that the woman is trouble. If she threatens in any way verballly, he'll take her to jail.

I'm thinking If that scenario played out our friend would be behind bars for sure.  The proportionality of your response is certainly a mitigating factor in whether you'd be arrested and charged with assault.  If a woman slaps you in the face you can't KO her with a high kick to the head and call it self defense.

In California they have the oj simpson domestic violence law. No matter what, somebody goes to jail when police arrive and see clear visible signs of battery.. She slaps me and leaves no mark, I respond with a jab that moves her nose four inches to the left and away I go.
