 Not true! Houston has one of the worst Time Of Possession averages in all of the FBS. If you stop the Cougar offense usually it's early in their possession and if you don't stop them they tend to score quickly. It's the Houston defense that would be gassed going up against a much larger and more athletic O line than they're used to dealing with.
