Monday hoops action 2/11 ..... Georgetown -20.5 +850

I bet on Marquette on January 5th and was happy to cash my ticket when they won SU 49-48. Now, there are 2 things I learned from that game....

#1) GTown plays some damn good defense. They have only given up more than 60 points 6 times this season and held teams to under 50 points 7 times

#2) Marquette struggles with teams that play solid defense.

49 vs Florida

49 vs GTown

51 vs LVille

74/69 vs Pitt & Cincy, but both were ot games


Marq also struggles on the road where they are 2-4 this season. Should be a nice home crowd (weather permitting) and Marq struggles from beyond the arc (29%). GTown usually doesnt rebound well, but thats not something the Golden Eagles can exploit.....

I am looking for a 73 -50 type game

This is the game that should tell you something about tomorrow... Marquette got back into that game b/c Cincy was being Cincy...  don't think the Hoyas will allow a run like that in the 2H

Georgetown had 8 steals.
