Finally a reasonable ending to a sick story. I hope Jesus is prepared to meet his maker.

Did he have to beat the guy to death? Probably not, but he may have prevented another molesting(or worse) down the road, not to mention a waste of taxpayer's money keeping some sicko in the prison system.

The 911 tape must be heart breaking... apparently the 23 year old father was distraught by the fact that Jesus might die after the beating. The Sheriff who responded to the call even reported finding the father in tears after killing the disturbed rapist.

It's not often that you read or hear of a 23 year old being such an honourable man. As a society we should be saluting this man, not looking to press charges against him.

ummmm, no thanks. I think I would have taken the route of pummeling the fuck out of this piece of garbage myself.  Robbery, B&E, sure. Cap 'em.  You rape one of my family members I will rip your fucking heart out of your chest.

 

Can't imagine how good that must have felt.  I'd have killed that fuck twice.

Wrong. If he shoots him and kills him he goes to jail. In this case, it appeared to be self defense/ protecting another with accidental death.....

The rapist got what he deserved.  I wish the assistant coach that walked in on Sandusky and the poor boy that was getting raped in the shower would of acted the same way as this father.

Exactly.  It appears that he wasn't purposely trying to kill him.  Hard to argue that after you fill him full of 9 mil slugs.  Looks like he was out of his mind based on what he said when he called 911. Pretty hard to judge someone when you have no idea what it would be like if you were in the same spot as he was.

Texas....is a PROPERTY protection state Train....
     *you DO NOT have to prove your life/safety was threatened to use deadly force....in Texas

But just your property .....AND it has even been expanded to include property of others.....

like the guy that blew away the 2 guys robbing his next door neighbor.....no problem...... countless examples...

Does "property" include children?  This wasn't an issue about property.  I did forget that TX tends to do things a little differently than us Yanks.
