I know that the Marina area casinos are still decent, but the entire boardwalk is a hell hole. Like a lot more so than before. Half of them are bankrupt, maybe the Super Bowl is never a big thing there what with people having house parties and you can't bet football at the casinos, but i was there on this weekend and the place was a ghost town. Borgata advertises 89$ rooms sun-thurs all over the state, and that is the big balling casino. I got a room at some place for 28$ wtf. Went in to the casino that is the furthest south on the boards, and there was one pit crew (sitting on tables watching the game), and a dozen of the saddest of the sad fucking degenerates that junkie out at the slot machines
Here in PA, you can drive to four different casinos that offer the same thing in under an hour, and the Valley Forge all resort/casino set to open with Revel in A.C., will just suck up more business from PHila area folk that still made the hour drive down to she shore. Sugar House is hood as fuck and a hell hole, and Chester Harrah's is no better. Now a nagging drive up the Schuylkill and you are at the big boy big pimpin new shit in KOP. King of Prussia, not Knocked Out by Pennsylvania bitch
Atlantic City might be a historic American City, but who the hell wants to go visit?
