The rotation is easy...its finding the sticks that is tough.  I could find a 5 man rotation that'd be top 5 in baseball for probably under 10m.  I'm looking now.  Fun idea.

it might be time consuming but with all of these big contracts being signed, what would i do? anyways this is covers and more times than not time consuming leads to more quality of a post, not a bad thing i see allot of people bitching about contracts it would be fun to see what kind of team people would put together if they could, if you only want to do 25 than just put the other nameless people on minimum wage for MLB

It would be easy if you cherrypick on current salaries.  I could put together a decent team for 25 mil with the best young players.  In reality you couldn't do it though.

more of a dream team with a pay cap that way we dont end up...ARod,CC,Kemp,Jeter,Albert for-40 guys

it's also a good way to find some under the radar players from other divisons

I started doing this but had to stop .... i could stack a team with players in their first 3 arbitrations years for under $25 mil
