A couple of things I noticed tonight is how bad Calgary Defence is. Kipper stands on his heads every game and the d-men leave him out to dry by passing it up the middle and not clearing bodies out in front. I'm going to be looking to play over in their games down the road.
I'm also going to be looking into playing the KIngs. Although they lost tonight they did play against a good defensive team and one of the best goalies in the NHL. You would hav to think that the Carter pickup should be a big boost for a team that has trouble putting the puck in the net.

I'd think twice about LA X. I think it might be time to admit LA just isn't very good. And I don't see any reason to think of Jeff Carter as a savior either. Hes a soft floater.

Jeff Carter even gives floaters a bad name. The guy has 0 heart, and is a one trick pony. If you could find me one scenario where Carter has back checked I think I'd drop dead on the spot. Good goal scorer, but terrible hockey player. The goals he scores he gives right back with his lack of back checking and defensive play.
