Piers Morgan ...................
was run out of the UK for publishing false news stories ..
He was fired from the newspaper he ran in England....after the newspaper -the Mirror- conceded photos of British soldiers abusing an Iraqi were fake. In a statement the Mirror said it had fallen victim to a “calculated and malicious hoax” and that it would be “inappropriate” for Morgan to continue.....he was sacked and immediately escorted from the building......
The Queen’s Lancashire Regiment (QLR) said the Mirror had endangered British troops by running the pictures...
Morgan is protected by our 1st Amendment to say what he thinks ..but he is not protected to stay here...Notice that our Constitution does not apply to the United Kingdom where radio host Michael Savage is barred from entry..for saying what he believes.

Honestly, CNN should suspend Piers Morgan for his ineffectual and infantile behaviour during the gun debate with Larry Pratt in the wake of Sandy Hook. Morgan's inability to maintain an intellectualy honest argument without resorting to name-calling is the worst debate performance by an anchor on any network, except maybe Bill O'Reilly on Fox in the runup to the Iraq War. This guy should be sent back to England to make fish and chips for a living. No wonder CNN's ratings are in the toilet during that hour. In fact, CNN management and employees should be signing that petition just to save their network. I'm all for someone making the argument for gun control, but it sure isn't Morgan.

Well,a variety of cannons were used as long range assault weapons...and we even used a submarine, called "the Turtle"in the Revolutionary War.
We also used swivel guns (small cannons) hand carried and mounted, on a fixed base like a block of wood ..
The weapons may have been cruder and a little less effective, but the goals behind them – complete destruction of the enemy.

Since we try to push the beliefs in our constittion on so many others shouldn't we afford others these beliefs?

Piers may be guilty of lacking common sense in the issue of gun control, but his inability to conduct a polite conversation with a guest on the subject falls far short of sedition by any meaure. He is merely using peaceful (albeit irritating to many) means to advocate to change laws by democratic means. This is certainly protected behavior. He certainly is not stirring up rebellion against the government.
