#4 Posted: 8/28/2012 2:54:10 AM Knights have NEVER lost on old boys night.
The Knights SHOULD have beaten the cows on Sat night, but blew opportunity after opportunity.
The Knights did not recieve one penalty after the 30 min mark.
The Knights are a much much better team at home.
Souths simply beat up on trash, Parra twice, Penrith, Tigers with half of their team missing, Canberra (while they were badly out of form) ....
Souths are the ultimate smoke and mirrors team.
As for Melbourne, bellamy said they will probably rest some stars.....I bet Smith gets rested and probably Cronk who hasnt had a break...Maybe even rest Billy due to his knee....

Melbourne shouldn't rest anyone, They are out of sorts and need to get something going before the finals |

Come on Rostos, the part where you said the Knights should have beaten the cowboys... I couldn't disagree more. Cowboys dominated possession and territory in the second half. Knights are lucky it wasn't a blow out.
But I will agree that Souths are frauds. Been saying it all year.. they have only beat the Dogs in Round 7 when they weren't in that good of form, and the Cowboys at home in Round 5 or so. They haven't got a real signature win.
As a Cowboys supporter, I'll be cheering on the Knights this Friday night. |

It was 3 tries all......
The difference was goal kicking. The Knights prop dropped the ball over line, as did Gagai, there was another player who dropped the ball over the line.
Cows absolutely dominated possesion. The Knights didnt have one tackle in the opp 20 in the second half and the game was still in the balance in the last 5 mins.
The knights are much much better at home, especially on old boys night.

Yep, Kind of odd just like in survivor you still win 1 Million dollars 15 years later |
