Luke Guthrie - 2nd Web.com win in a row today. This kid goes low every weekend and has been a monster since turning pro in June.

Check my post from july, after kohles won his second in a row i said he wasnt even the best kid on that tour. Guthrie does it on the weekends and that is what separates the men from the boys

I was visiting my inlaws in Quincy, IL about nine years ago and went out to play at Westview golf course.... joined up with a couple of young guys for the round. A kid joined our threesome on the back nine. He had a great swing for his age (I think 13 at the time) and shot 1 under on the back nine. I told a family friend about him at church the next day and he said it must have been Luke Guthrie. He then went out a couple weeks later and won the city championship, shooting 64,65 I believe. I have kept up with him ever since. I am an ex PGA member and knew this guy had something special..... he's won some big 10 titles and was an all american at Illinois. He's played 3 PGA events and finished top 20 in all three. I think he's played 7 web.com events and has 6 top tens and one missed cut. I wouldn't be surprised to see him win on the big tour next year.
