why does india never produce top athletes?

they have 1.2 billion people, yet only won 6 medals (no golds)this past olympics, and usually can&#x27;t even qualify for the world cup in soccer.&#xD;&#xA;any theories?

evolution...twitch muscles no good...athletes from africa are top marathon&#x27;rs because their ancestors would run around animals for over 20 hours until the animal died of exhaustion. this was before the bow and arrow.indians are good at engineering and charming snakes. some have developed immunity from practically any snakebite.

It&#x27;s all about the emphasis including investing money in training. UK did won 18 more medals in London than they did in Bejing.China won 37 more medals in Bejing than they did in 2004.It&#x27;s all about training and that means money.

(cont from above)... Invest in those sports, they probably have weak infrastructure and funding.  They had a female tennis player who has high up for a bit ( something Mirza  ) she did her training in the UK cause her parents were rich.  Met her at a fund raiser in toronto, pretty cute gal. End of day country needs to Invest to win.  There was an article on the bbc saying khazakstan is trying to show itself as a real emerging country and has now invested in sports, and won a bunch of medals this year. There

srsly lighten up...=)o i&#x27;ve seen hot indian girl that was mixed w. vietnamese. pretty damn hard to find that mix.ive seen white guy (mid 30s ) w. an indian chick,  and some asian braud pretty much critizies the couple pretty loud in a restaurant.... god damn asians so DUMB when it comes to "common" sense/is cooking curry an athletic event yet? or charming snakes?what gets u in the penalty box these days?

They dont give a shit because it ultimately fucking stupid and a waste of time. They go to have a presence at the Olympics simply because it would look bad if they didnt. They dont go balls to the wall like we do.....and then bankrupt our atheletes and tax them for winning......
