Got a similar fade tonight -vs- a pitcher who allowed NO Earned Runs his previous start - let's see if the play matches up with the numbers...

= SP/Colby Lewis, for the Rangers, is 2-4 / 6.41 ERA in 8 games started after previous start of not allowing a runner cross home plate - stat is compiled off of previous 36 months history.
On the flip side of the mound we have SP/Jon Lester for the Red Sox, and he's pitched rather well -vs- the Rangers in the last 3 years = 2-1 / 2.97 ERA / 1.02 WHIP in 5 games started -vs- the Rangers. |
