Tried to make a withdraw yesterday and was given this message.  Anyone here ever had this problem?

Dear Pinnacle Sports Client,

Your recent withdrawal request was declined by Pinnacle Sports for the following reason:

Your withdrawal has been declined due to Moneybookers name difference and you need to provide necessary documents for Proof of Identification.

You were trying to withdraw from one name account to a different name...ofcourse they will decline that!

If they approved that withdrawal, then two days later you could say someone stole your money from your account and pinnacle would be liable for allowing that withdrawal. name has to be exact same.
