Hello fellow hockey fans and gamblers. It is generally known in the business community that the NHL will recede on it's demands just before the new TV contract kicks in. NBC paid hundreds of millions for this contract and there is no way GB will want to upset these new investors. 

The season should start in the 2nd or 3rd week of October. Let's hope.

Look for the Home & Garden Hockey channel....Buttman, Owners, and Players have the biggest egos and this will shoot them in the A$$e$.  Seems like after the last lockout the league was starting to gain a wider spectrum of fans and that took a while to gain.  This is a black eye  on Gary and his league....It will take late Oct. to early Nov. for these pre madonnas to wake up.  The league is lucky they havent lost more teams. The bottom 10.
